Wallingford Schools Will be Closed on Friday
A storm is expected to blow through the state, dumping a foot of snow or more.
Superintendent Salvatore Menzo announced today that all of Wallingford's public schools will be closed on Friday due to the blizzard expected to hit the region.
Menzo sent this tweet out from his Twitter account, @SalMenzo:

There's also a parking ban that will go into effect tomorrow morning starting at 9 a.m.
Forecasts are calling for snow to hit the region before 3 p.m. with winds reaching as high as 26mph. Blizzard-like conditions are expected, according to The National Weather Service.
