Wallingford native Sean Borger was honored at the 2014 Student Life Awards at Stonehill College recently. Borger, a member of the Class of 2014, received the Diversity & Social Justice Award.

Bryant University held its 151st Commencement and among the graduates are the following area residents:
- Tyler James Keating, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting Magna Cum Laude
- Tyler Frederick Holden, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance Cum Laude. He also received the Good Citizenship Award.
- Ryan Thomas Moore, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management
- Alexander Robert Scelzo, Bachelor of Arts in Economics: Public Policy Track Summa Cum Laude. He also received the Political Science Award
