  • Christina Holmes, 50, of 128 South Colony Road, Wallingford was charged on Friday, Sept. 28 with threatening. Bond was set at $500.
  • George Holmes, 28, of 128 South Colony Road, Wallingford was charged on Friday, Sept. 28 with disorderly conduct.
  • Yalizsa Bonilla, 26, of 63 East Broad St., Plainville was charged on Thursday, Sept. 27 with sixth degree larceny/shoplifting and con/sixth degree larceny/shoplifting.
  • Angel Ocasio, 20, of 4 Geer Ave., Meriden was charged on Thursday, Sept. 27 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, and failure to meet minimum insurance requirements.
  • Emiliano Heben, 23, of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, and operating under suspension.
  • Joseph Marotta, 56, of 66 Dutton St., Wallingford was charged on Wednesday, Sept. 26 with misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Jesse Williams, 26, of 112 North Cherry St., Wallingford was charged on Wednesday, Sept. 26 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating under suspended registration, and failure to display plate/stickers or improper location of sticker.
  • Xavier Rolon-Santiago, 22 of 10 Short Rock Road, Branford was charged on Tuesday, Sept. 25 with possession of narcotics and illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale, prescription, or dispensing. Bond was set at $10,000.
  • Hector Rosa, 33, of 1029 Old Colony Road, Meriden was charged on Tuesday, Sept. 25 with operating under suspended registration and failure to wear a seat belt in front seat.
  • Laura Stevener, 45, of 49 Old Gate Road, Meriden was charged on Tuesday, Sept. 25 with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to keep narcotics in original container, and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple lane highway.
  • Melvin Correa, 45, of 2 Springdale Ave., Meriden was charged on Monday, Sept. 24 with non-assaultive interfering with an officer, operating under suspension, misuse of plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Ryan Fries, 29, of 251 Quinnipiac St., Wallingford was charged on Monday, Sept. 24 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, and failure to display plate/stickers or improper location of sticker.
  • Matthew St. Arnault, 31, of 286 South Elm St., Wallingford was charged on Monday, Sept. 24 with disorderly conduct.
  • Daniel Carrasco-Rodriguez, 36, of 97 Platt Ave., West Haven was charged on Sunday, Sept. 23 with misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Christopher Martins, 21, of 62 Ridgeland Circle, Wallingford was charged on Sunday, Sept. 23 with possession of less than five ounces of marijuana, drug paraphernalia with less than five ounces of marijuana, and weapons in a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $1,000.
  • Christopher Nappi, 24, of 82 West Town St., Milford was charged on Sunday, Sept. 23 with non-assaultive interfering with an officer and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Christian Ochoa, 27, of 926 Sheppard Ave., Hamden was charged on Sunday, Sept. 23 with non-threatening criminal violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $500.
  • Luis Gallardo-Torrebl, 30, of 118 Newton St., Meriden was charged on Sunday, Sept. 23 with operating a motor vehicle other than motorcycle without a license and operating under suspension. Bond was set at $1,000.
  • Kathleen Cipolli, 27, and Ernest Cipolli, 24, of 33 West Ridgeland Road, Wallingford were both charged on Saturday, Sept. 22 with disorderly conduct.
  • Justin Diaz, 38, of 38 Terrace Gardens, Wallingford was charged on Saturday, Sept. 22 with possession of narcotics.
  • Steven Gallagher, 32, of 11 Highland Drive, Wallingford was charged on Saturday, Sept. 22 with disorderly conduct and injury or risk of injury to or impairing the morals of children. Bond was set at $2,500.
  • Heidi Driscoll, 53, of 151 Indianhead Road, Riverside was charged on Friday, Sept. 21 with failure to obey stop sign and operating under suspension. Bond was set at $500.
  • Richard Lint, 22, of 235 South Whittlesey Ave., Wallingford was charged on Friday, Sept. 21 with operating under suspended registration.
  • Doris Stafford, 26, of 1329 Chapel St., New Haven was charged on Friday, Sept. 21 with fourth degree larceny/shoplifting. Bond was set at $1,000.
