Sheila Mansolf, 67, of 24 Laurel View Park, Wallingford was charged on Sept. 4 with disorderly conduct.
Robert Perkins, 29, of 77 Oak Ridge Drive, Meriden was charged on Sept. 6 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, and operation under suspension. Bond was set at $500.
