Wallingford Police Blotter: Sept. 30 - Oct. 4

The following arrest information was provided by the Wallingford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

It was a routine end-of-the week for police heading into the holiday weekend, with several domestic cases and motor vehicle citations or arrests occurring. Information from the Columbus Day weekend was not immediately available on Tuesday.

The Wallingford Police Department reported the following arrests:

Sept. 30

Jaime Lopez-Martinez, 35, of 173 Grove St. in Waterbury, was charged with misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, operating a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle without a license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, Sept. 30.

Oct. 2

Manuel Olguin, 26, of 434 Baldwin Road in Waterbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, Oct. 2.

Paul Disario, 37, of 5 Great Oak Road in Shelton, was charged with evading responsibility in an accident, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle under the influence, Oct. 2.

Manuel Bautista, 26, of 434 Baldwin Road in Waterbury, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under suspension, Oct. 2.

Oct. 3

Anthony Marciano, 76, of 14 Eaton Trail in Wallingford, was charged with failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, Oct. 3.

Oct. 4

Lester S. Ostrander III, 52, of 1102 E. Main St. in Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to meet insurance requirements, Oct. 4.

Calozero Marino, 64, of 209 S. Orchard St. in Wallingford, was charged with breach of peace, Oct. 4.

Christopher Loola, 28, of 146 Bunker Ave. in Meriden, was charged with breach of peace, Oct. 4.

Napoleon Tsilfoglou, 48, of 7 Harvest Lane in Wallingford, was charged with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor, Oct. 4.

Diane Tsilfoglou, 52, of 7 Harvest Lane in Wallingford, was charged with disorderly conduct, Oct. 4.
