Wallingford Police Blotter: Oct. 5 - Oct. 11

The following arrest information was provided by the Wallingford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police were busy over the last week with a number of arrests and citations, including alert detectives taking two women into custody following a robbery at the Payless Shoe Source store on Wednesday night. Take a look at the latest arrest logs.

The Wallingford Police Department reported the following arrests:

Oct. 5

Freddy Ramirez, 38, of 1423 Quinnipiac Ave. in new Haven, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and improper use of a cell phone while driving, Oct. 5.

Michael Merrill, 26, of 183 Broad St. in Meriden, was charged with theft of a firearm, illegal sale, delivery or transfer of a pistol or revolver and failure to have tail lamps lit, Oct. 5.

Nicole Wilcox, 23, of 1 Aldon Lane in Wallingford, was charged with failure to have headlights lit, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, Oct. 5.

Oct. 6

Peter Visconti, 24, of 795 Devonwood Drive in Cheshire, was charged with driving under the influence, improper use of turn signals and failure to have tail lamps lit, Oct. 6.

Patrick Hayden, 53, of 147 S. Whittlesey Ave. in Wallingford, was charged with breach of peace and interfering with an officer, Oct. 6.

Patrick Perkins, 24, of 620 Washington St. in New Haven, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to properly display license plates, failure to insure motor vehicle and misuse of plates, Oct. 6.

Terrance Martin, 46, of 1428 North Ave. in Bridgeport, was charged with breach of peace, Oct. 6.

Erik Golinowski, 18, of 85 River View Drive in Guilford, was charged with driving under the influence, improper use of a turn signal and failure to have tail lamps lit, Oct. 6.

Oct. 7

Miguel Martinez-Levchuk, 31, of 24 Duncan St. in Wallingford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny by shoplifting, Oct. 7.

Bethany Durgan, 30, of 259 Prospect St. in Torrington, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, driving under the influence, failure to drive right, evading responsibility and taking an improper left turn in a restricted area, Oct. 7.

Oct. 8

Arthur Mongeon, 35, of 101 Blackstone Village in Meriden, was charged with being a fugitive from justice, Oct. 8.

Oct. 9

Amy Novak, 34, of 291 Center St. in Meriden, was charged with misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle without a license and failure to display license plates, Oct. 9.

Julio Cesar Aviles, 34, of 232 Elm St. in West Haven, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and failure to display license plates, Oct. 9.

Teresa Hernandez, 30, of 96 St. Angelo Circle in Middletown, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and failure to display license plates, Oct. 9.

Byron Batz Soberanis, 24, of 333 Edgewood Ave. in New Haven, was charged with failure to display license plates and operating a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle without a license, Oct. 9.

Oct. 10

Rachel Suarez, 36, of 28 Hillside Ave. in Middletown, was charged with first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and possession of narcotics, Oct. 10.

Lisette Carrucini, 32, of 182 Amity St. in Meriden, was charged with first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, Oct. 10.

Edwin Gonzalez, 24, of 3 N. Farms Industrial Road in Wallingford, was charged with misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to have headlights lit, Oct. 10.

Oct. 11

David Hoyle, 45, of 155 N. Main St. in Wallingford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, Oct. 11.

Jacob Norton, 23, of 7 South Side Drive in Wallingford, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, Oct. 11.

Jennifer Wilcox, 22, of 7 South Side Drive in Wallingford, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, Oct. 11.
