Tracy Dustin Bradley, 21, 18 Sycamore Way, Wallingford, was charged with disorderly conduct on Jan. 22.

Joanne Elliot-Cicarella, 45, 1 Southside Court, Wallingford, was charged with leaving a child unsupervised on Jan. 22.
LARCENY
Jonathan Violette, 21, 200 Cook Hill Road, Wallingford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Jan. 19.

OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Alvin Torres, 23, 1072 Penbrook Drive, Bridgeport, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of narcotics, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a failure to have tail lamps on Jan. 20. Bond: $1,000.
OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Geoffrey Mongillo, 34, 7 Tamarac Road, Wallingford, was charged with operating under the influence, interfering with an officer and a failure to submit fingerprints on Jan. 20. Bond: $5,000.

LARCENY
Alexandra McNally, 21, 30 Rose Circle, Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, a conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, a criminal attempt to possess narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 23. Bond: $5,000.
LARCENY
Peter Henderson, 22, 52 Royal Oak Circle, Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, a conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, possession of narcotics, a conspiracy to commit a possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 23. Bond: $5,000.
ASSAULT
Donna Lantieri, 55, 462 Parker Ave. South, Meriden, was charged with third-degree assault, threatening, second-degree criminal mischief, first-degree burglary, disorderly conduct and possession of less than half an ounce of cannabis on Jan. 23. Bond: $5,000.

ASSAULT
Kathryn Kubeck, 28, 44 Hull Ave., Wallingford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on Jan. 24.
STRANGULATION
John Lumbra, 27, 44 Hull Ave., Wallingford, was charged with third-degree strangulation and third-degree assault on Jan. 24.
