POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS
Sharon Kosischke, 40, 38 Barber Way, Hebron, was charged with possession of narcotics and fraudulently trying to obtain a controlled substance on Jan. 11.
POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS
Eric Kee, 23, 428 Main St., Wallingford, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of less than half an ounce of cannabis on Jan. 11.

A FAILURE TO HAVE HEADLAMPS
Luis Arevalo, 37, 16 South Third St., Meriden, was charged with a failure to have headlamps and operating a motor vehicle without a license on Jan. 12. Bond: $1,000.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Joseph Ross, 29, 58 Sleepy Hollow Drive, Danbury, was charged with disorderly conduct on Jan. 14.

OPERATING UNDER SUSPENSION
Juan Zenon, 47, 131 Burgundy Hill Road, Middletown, was charged with operating with a suspended registration and operating under suspension on Jan. 14. Bond: $1,000.
