Wallingford Police Blotter: Drugs, Burglary, and Car Issues

Local arrests for Sept. 7-12. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Kelly Green, 34, of 39 Pickerel Lake Road, Colchester was charged on Sept. 7 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, defective windshield or wipers, and operation under suspension. Bond was set at $1,000.

Cheryl Patton-Lynch, 46, of 31 Turkey Hill Road, Colchester was charged on Sept. 7 with false representation of an authorized person and possession of narcotics. Bond was set at $2,500.

Elizabeth Robinson, 29, of 72 Cooper Ave., Wallingford was charged on Sept. 7 with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, con/illegal sale of narcotic substance, carrying/sale of dangerous weapons, and weapons in a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $35,000.

Frederick Donaldson III, of 72 Cooper Ave., Wallingford was charged on Sept. 7 with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, control/illegal sale of narcotic substance, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, carrying/sale of dangerous weapons, con/carry of dangerous weapons, con/sale, carry, brandish facsimile firearms, and weapons in a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $60,000.

Samantha Sanchioni, 24, of 178 Rising Trail Drive, Middletown was charged on Sept. 7 with sixth degree larceny/shoplifting. Bond was set at $1,000.

Glenn Root, 44, of 6 Jodi Drive, Wallingford was charged on Sept. 7 with third degree assault.

Joshua Root, 18, of 378 Williams Road, Wallingford was charged on Sept. 7 with third degree assault.

Thomas Voytek, 50, of 15 East St., Wallingford was charged on Sept. 7 with failure to drive a reasonable distance apart by motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Bond was set at $5,000.

John Levenduski, 30, 1190 Marion Ave., Southington was charged on Sept. 7 with third degree larceny of building and third degree burglary. Bond was set at $50,000.

Gary Weborg, 49, homeless, was charged on Sept. 7 in Wallingford with first degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

Michael Medina, 44, of 10 Eldridge St., New Haven was charged on Sept. 8 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, operation under suspension, and failure to display plates/stickers in proper location. Bond was set at $500.

Todd Tondalo, 40, of 30 Cardinal Drive, Wallingford was charged on Sept. 8 with non-assaultive interfering with an officer and breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,000.

Gary Hubley, 60, of 2 Twin Oak Farm Road, Wallingford was charged on Sept. 8 with disorderly conduct and injury or risk of injury to, or impairing the morals of children. Bond was set at $1,000.

Amie Soto, 29, of 84 Windsor Ave., Meriden was charged on Sept. 8 with breach of peace.

Paul Lesnieski, 34, 237 Hall Ave., Wallingford was charged on Sept. 8 with breach of peace.

Michael Labarge, 28, of 1  Copper Knoll, Cromwell was charged on Sept. 10 with disorderly conduct, third degree assault, and first degree burglary. Bond was set at $5,000.

Kevin Hecklinger, 28, of 403 Pilgrims Harbor, Wallingford was charged on Sept. 10 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, and fourth degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500.

Christopher Skinner, 24, of 428 Main St., Wallingford was charged on Sept. 10 with breach of peace.

Anthony Cesario, 41, of 30 Frank St., Wallingford was charged on Sept. 11 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, registration, license, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, operation under suspension, and non-assaultive interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $10,000.

William Corazzini, 42, of 46 S. Cherry St., Wallingford was charged on Sept. 11 with first degree criminal trespass. Bond was set at $7,500.

Joseph Zimmitti, 24, of 53 Flagler Ave., Cheshire was charged on Sept. 11 with possession of marijuana under five ounces, operation under suspension, improper use of hand-held cell phone, and drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Laffin, 76, of 22 Seneca Road, Wallingford was charged on Sept. 11 with beach of peace and third degree assault of elderly/blind/disabled/mentally retarded.

Brian Oertel, 52, of 28 Mohican Lane, Wallingford was charged on Sept. 12 with operation under suspension, failure to obey control signal, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Bond was set at $5,000.
