New Haven Man Faces Slew of Charges After Hit and Run That Killed Wallingford Resident

New Haven's Isaac Cintron, 22, was arrested Monday after police say he fled the scene of a hit-and-run accident last month that killed a Wallingford man, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.

Cintron, of North St. in New Haven, was charged with felony evading responsibility, tampering with physical evidence, operating an uninsured car, driving with a suspended license, misuse of marker plates and mutilating a vehicle identification number.

Frank Aceto, 49, of Wallingford, was crossing Ella Grasso Boulevard near Orange Avenue at about 10 p.m. on June 24 when he was struck and killed, according to the Record-Journal.
