Early Morning Wallingford Fire Displaces Three Adults

A fire that broke out early this morning at a home on Clintonville Road has displaced three residents and has left the home badly damaged.

The Record-Journal reports that a call came in at 2:25 this morning for a fire at the house at 860 Clintonville Road. A neighbor woke up three residents who were in the home by knocking on their door, and they all escaped without harm, but the home was badly damaged.

When firefighters arrived at the split-level home, the garage was fully involved, according the Journal. The Red Cross is assisting the three adults.
