Wallingford YMCA to Offer CrossFit Programs
Non-profit enters into partnership with CrossFit Triton.
The Wallingford YMCA will receive a bit of a facelift after the non-profit entered into a partnership with CrossFit Triton.
The YMCA's west-side branch on 8 North Turnpike Road will be offering a beginner class taught by CrossFit Triton staff, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
YMCA Executive Director Sean Doherty told the Record-Journal that the move was prompted by member feedback.
A portion of the west-side branch will be converted for the class, while the YMCA's east-side branch on 81 South Elm Street will convert a racquetball court into a Youth Fitness Center that will offer a CrossFit Kids program.
