I saw a few fishermen today. They did not stay long. I don't know if anyone caught any fish. A couple said the water was too dirty with water lilies and hard to catch fish. Personally I would rather feed the fish than catch them.
I fed the birds and small fish after they left. As I was sitting in my car 13 Canadian Geese came up on the grass and started eating the bread I threw for the small birds. They came out of nowhere. I also saw two American Coots and 2 Herons. Geese and small bird know when food is available, they call out to each other with a very distinctive sound. I think all animals sense things like food and danger. Today is was very hot but breezy and peaceful.
