Wallingford Police Blotter: Oct. 15 - Oct. 22

The following arrest information was provided by the Wallingford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Wallingford Police Department reported the following arrests:

Oct. 15

Laura Battiparano, 28, of 882 E. Center St. in Wallingford, was charged with possession of narcotics with the intent to sell, possession of narcotics, risk of injury or impairing the morals of a minor and conspiracy to commit sale of a narcotic substance, Oct. 15.

Cailyn Wirtz, 22, of 62 Cook Hill Road in Cheshire, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, Oct. 15.

Oct. 17

Jesse West, 30, of 1047 Old Colony Road in Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia, Oct. 17.

John Ireland, 23, of 35 Atkins St. in Meriden, was charged with possession of more than four ounces of marijuana, possession with the intent to sell, possession of less than a half ounce of cannibus-like substance and drinking while operating a motor vehicle, Oct. 17.

Joseph Koontz, 30, of 10 Wall St. in Wallingford, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates and failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, Oct. 17.

Oct. 18

Christine Bedard, 49, of 78 Silver St. in Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under suspension, Oct. 18.

Lee Smith, 46, of 1131 Old Colony Road in Meriden, was charged with misuse of plates and failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, Oct. 18.

Raymond J. Smith, 45, of 73 Lee Ave. in Wallingford, was charged with failure to renew registration and operating a motor vehicle under suspension, Oct. 18.

Mark Ruotolo, 43, of 58 Cooper Ave. in Wallingford, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace, Oct. 18.

Anthony Ruotolo, 20, of 58 Cooper Ave. in Wallingford, was charged with breach of peace, Oct. 18.

Dylan Thorn, 20, of 112 Piepont Road in Waterbury, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and secretly obtaining prescription medications from two or more doctors, Oct. 18.

Crystal Cognata, 40, of 25 Backes Court in Wallingford, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, Oct. 18.

Cory Bernardo, 24, of 44 Knollwood Drive in Wallingford, was charged with third-degree larceny, Oct. 18.

Oct. 19

Christopher Gagnon, 20, of 40 Fairfax Ave. in Meriden, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain proper lane on a multi-lane highway, Oct. 19.

Brett Plucinski, 51, of 1420 Hanover Ave. in Meriden, was charged with failure to drive right and evading responsibility in an accident, Oct. 19.

David Donahue, 33, of 35 Farm Hill Road in Wallingford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and prescription fraud, Oct. 19.

John Lumbra, 27, of 44 Bull Ave. in Wallingford, was charged with possession of narcotics, illegal distribution of narcotics, failure to keep narcotics in proper container and possession of drug paraphernalia, Oct. 19.

Douglas Blankenship, 43, of 169 Hall Ave. in Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, Oct. 19.

Nicholas Sapienza, 45, of 29 Lincoln Drive in Wallingford, was charged with second-degree harassment, Oct. 19.

Francisco Reyes-Hernandez, 31, of 1175 New Britain Ave. in West Hartford, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, driving the wrong way on a one-way road and operating a motor vehicle without a license, Oct. 19.

Tyree Chappell, 36, of 38 Wharton Brook Drive in Wallingford, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear, Oct. 19.

Oct. 20

Ibraham Balik, 48, of 2 S. Side Drive in Wallingford, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order, Oct. 20.

Oct. 21

Felix Santiago, 21, of 158 Beaver St. in New Britain, was charged with possession of burglary tools, sixth-degree larceny from a coin operated machine, unlawful entry into a coin operated machine, criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny and third-degree burglary, Oct. 21.

Andreas Guliani, 21, of 882 S. Main St. in Glastonbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, Oct. 21.

Christopher Hoyt, 25, of 76 Pallisades Ave. in Bridgeport, was charged with disorderly conduct and first-degree reckless endangerment, Oct. 21.

Oct. 22

Salvatore Falconeri, 51, of 45 Florence Ave. in Wallingford, was charged with breach of peace, Oct. 22.

Kelli Falconeri, 50, of 45 Florence Ave. in Wallingford, was charged with third-degree assault, Oct. 22.

Enrique Ventura, 37, of 1047 Old Colony Road in Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, failure to display plates in proper location, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and operating a motor vehicle under suspension, Oct. 22.

Shelly Bombaci, 40, of 44 Maple Ave. in Wallingford, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and threatening, Oct. 22.
